Matterhorn Enterprises is a Real Estate development firm based in Morgan Hill, California on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of the Silicon Valley. Matterhorn was created in early 2011 during the bust of the national housing market. Having an intimate understanding of this micro climate that is the Bay Area housing market, Matterhorn recognized an opportunity. And an opportunity it was.


Matterhorn began acquiring Real Estate in some of the most desirable areas in the valley for a fraction of what those properties were worth just a few short years before. Partnered with AK Construction as the general contractor, Matterhorn turned these properties into beautifully designed, impeccably constructed, dream homes. Just as we envisioned, the market began its rebound and Matterhorn was positioned perfectly to move these properties for a considerable return on investment.

 
Leveraging our intimate understanding of the Bay Area Real Estate market, our quality product, and a conservative view on investment risk we have established an unbelievable track record over the last five years. We look to the future with the same conservative, optimistic approach and strive to provide stellar returns to our investors.
